- 250 grams of Minced or paste Mutton
- 1-2 Onions Properly Chopped (depend on size)
- 3 to 4 Finely Chopped green chilies
- 1 Teaspoon Chaat Masala (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Mint Leaves and Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
- ½ teaspoon Coriander Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder (cinnamon+ cardamom+ cloves+ fennel seeds+ nutmeg)
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- ¼ teaspoon cumin powder (jeera)
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- Salt as per taste
- ½ teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 1 egg (whisked)
- 2 teaspoon Mustard oil

To prepare the mutton seek kabab at your home, you have to follow those steps explained below. This procedure is very simple and easy to follow and also consumes less time and saves your money. Check them out.
At first, take around 250 grams minced mutton in a bowl. Now add the finely chopped onions and add corn flour and mix it.
Keep on adding the others ingredients like coriander powder, ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice, garam masala powder as well. While adding the quantity of garam masala you can make it according to your estimation.
Now add at least ¼ teaspoon of cumin powder and the same quantity of black pepper powder. A little bit of chat masala and then perfectly chopped green chilies.
The next ingredient you require to add is ½ teaspoon of red chili powder, ½ teaspoon coriander powder and salt as per your taste ½ teaspoon of that will do just fine. Now mix with the finely chopped coriander and mint leaves.
A little amount of butter and then mix all the ingredients using the spoon or by your hands. Choose which ever you feel comfortable to mix up all the added ingredients of mutton seekh kebab recipe.
Add mustard oil into the mixture of the added ingredients of the mutton seekh kebab recipe. (Also you can add refine oil, instead of mustard oil) Now cover it up using a lid, keep for at least an hour. After the waiting period is completed, punch all the mixed ingredients to make it soft.
Get some wooden or metal skewers for preparing the seekh kebab, using your hands make some balls out of the mince mutton meat mixture. Now insert the skewers into the mutton meat balls and make it like roll, by pressing with plum.
After you finish rolling all the meat balls into the skewers, place it onto a plate and cover it with clean foil and make some holes on the foil, now remove the foil and keep it inside the preheat micro oven (charcoal oven) for duration of at least 3 minutes to grilled it. Set the temperature of the microwave in to maximum of 150-180 degree Celsius.
Take out the mutton seekh kebab from the micro oven. And apply butter on it and place it again in micro for 5 more minutes. Also you can Fry it on the hot oil using a frying pan over your gas stove. But remember that the seekh kebab smells and tastes good cook it in Tandoor/charcoal grilles.
Now check the kebab, if it is not looking smooth and brown and cooked properly than place it again for some time with basting some butter.
Once your mutton seekh kebab is done remove kebabs from skewers and cut it in small pieces and serve it with mint chutney and some shredded onions salad.
